Jobs at AliMo Care. Simply the best Home Care Jobs available in Bristol & South Glos
Hello, I am Alison or Ali for short. I set up AliMo Care with the support of my husband in 2010 as I had been through the experience of caring for my Mum at home during the final months of her life where, I had been shocked and upset by the poor standard of the care workers that had been sent to support us.
Since starting AliMo in Mum’s memory - Mum is the ‘Mo’ part of the name. My intention has been to make sure that the people living in Bristol & South Gloucestershire had access to the sort of care and support that my Mum should have had. Where they could be sure that whoever was selected to support them, would be someone who shares my commitment to improving care for all. With this in mind, all of our care workers are fully trained, extensively vetted and are fully supported at all times by the office or our Oncall team. When selecting new team members we make sure that they can evidence that they will be reliable, caring honest people who will only ever provide you with the sort of care they would want their own Mum’s or other loved ones.
I am extremely proud to be able to say that thanks to the hard work, and dedication of the entire AliMo team that we have and continue to achieve what I wanted in my Mums memory, and that we are recognised by both our professional colleagues and clients as one of the leading home care providers in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area.

"A belated but very sincere thank you to everyone involved in caring for my aunt. The care and attention that you provided enabled me to let her spend her last few months as she wished... at home. Not only did you support my aunt, you were a great support to me which I thank you for. I will always remember you all, you were so incredible, caring and respectful, tender, loving and kind even when things were very difficult.
My love to you all x
"I can't thank these guys enough, outstanding care of my Mum. They came in every day and made her smile, and picked me up too. During horrendous times they were my ray of sunshine and Mum's too. I really do think that they are the daily hero's in the darkness of palliative care. My late Mum and I will be forever eternally grateful.
"Thank you so much, AliMo Carers for visiting my Mother in Law, Anita during the night and helping to keep her at home as long as possible. She has now moved into a local care home and has settled in very well."
"To all the care staff, we want to say a massive thank you to you all. We couldn't have done it without you all, all your kindness and help towards my mother.
We thank you all so much.
"Just a note to say a heartfelt thank you, for
caring for Muriel with much gentleness and devotion, it made a huge difference.
