When you become a salaried member of our team you will be allocated a regular base of clients, and will have the security of a repeating two or four week shift pattern, allowing you to plan your life weeks, or even months in advance.
Not only this, but as a salaried AliMo Care home carer you will be in the unique position of earning the same every month. Even if your clients are in hospital, are away on holiday, or if they cancel your visit for any reason.
If you would rather join us as a bank home carer, you will have complete flexibility to decide your working hours, and days. Not only this but we recognise that as a bank carer that you will have less continuity and financial security so, we have introduced an enhanced bank rate, including pro rata holiday pay entitlement which gives you greater freedom to work the hours that fit around your family commitments and lifestyle.

All team members receive regular up to date training, 24 hour on call support, and regular 121 supervision meetings.
We will also support you to achieve diplomas in Health & Social Care, and to complete training packages relating to specific areas of care needs that you are interested in.
