AliMo Care is a small, local, multi-award-winning home care provider serving Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Our story began with one daughter's promise — and it still drives everything we do.

Our story
"I established AliMo Care with the support of my husband in 2010, following my experience of caring for my mother during the final months of her life. I was shocked and upset by the poor standard of care provided to us.
Since founding AliMo in my mother's memory — she is the 'Mo' in our name — my aim has been to ensure that people in Bristol and South Gloucestershire have access to the kind of care and support that my mother should have received."
— Allie, Founder

A rare standard of trust
For around 10 years, AliMo Care held a block contract with Bristol City Council and the NHS/ICB — selected as one of only a handful of providers trusted to deliver care on their behalf.
It's a testament to our quality, reliability and governance. The council and NHS apply rigorous vetting and ongoing monitoring before they award that trust — and we've upheld it ever since.

What we stand for
We deliver the care we'd want for our own mum — warm, patient and kind.
Consistent, dependable carers who turn up and follow through, every time.
Respecting independence, choice and the person behind every care plan.
Local, rooted and here to stay — part of the Bristol community we serve.

Our team
Our team includes a registered manager, care manager, field supervisor, senior carers and care workers — all passionate about dignified care. Every applicant undergoes enhanced DBS checks and rigorous recruitment.
Before joining a client, new carers complete in-house training and shadow experienced colleagues. We carry out 12-weekly supervisions and spot checks, and all staff follow the General Social Care Council Code of Practice.
Whether you're arranging care for a loved one or for yourself, we'd love to help. Call for a friendly, no-obligation chat.
