AliMo Care Ltd is a home care provider registered in England (Company No. 07136846), based at 25 St James Street, Mangotsfield, Bristol, South Gloucestershire BS16 9HD. We are the "data controller" for the personal information described in this policy. As a regulated care provider we are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you provide: your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, the type of care you are interested in, and any information you include in your message.
If you go on to receive care from us, we collect further information needed to provide safe, appropriate care — for example contact and next-of-kin details, health and care needs, medication information and care notes. Some of this is "special category" data (such as health information), which we handle with additional care.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver care, keep accurate care records, meet our legal and regulatory duties, and contact you about your care. Our lawful bases include your consent, the performance of a contract for care, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we process health information, we rely on the provision of health and social care as our additional condition for processing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for marketing. We keep website enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to set up care. Care records are retained in line with health and social care record-keeping guidance, after which they are securely destroyed.
